1. Introduction

These Terms of Service apply to the applications and services (hereby referred to as "Application") provided by BUXUAN COMPANY (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"), operating under the service brand eclamo. By downloading or utilizing the Application, you automatically agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before use.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the exclusive property of the Service Provider. Unauthorized copying, modification, or any attempt to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Changes and Fees

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time for any reason. Any charges will be clearly communicated in advance.

4. User Responsibilities and Security

It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may expose you to malware, compromise security features, and cause the Application to malfunction.

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms of Service:

• AdMob
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service Provider makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the performance, reliability, or accuracy of the Application. Use of the Application is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of your use or inability to use the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination and Updates

The Service Provider may update or cease providing the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must cease use and delete the Application.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Korean versions, the Korean version shall prevail. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea (Seoul Central District Court).
