Delete Sudoku account

In the app

If you still have the app installed, open Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete account.

Request deletion on the web

If you uninstalled the app or cannot access it, submit the email address you used to sign in. We will process your deletion request.

We will complete deletion within 7 business days after verifying your request.

What is deleted

Deleted

  • Account information (email, nickname, login identifiers)
  • Cloud-synced game records, statistics, and daily challenge data
  • Push notification registration data

Not deleted / separate action

  • Google Drive backup files saved by the app (delete manually in Google Account > Drive)
  • Already anonymized global statistics (leaderboard aggregates, etc.)
  • Logs retained as required by law (see Privacy Policy)

We will complete deletion within 7 business days after verifying your request.
